Jerry joined NDG in 2012 to grow the company’s student housing portfolio. In 2015, he launched NDG Student Living, an independent student housing management firm and served as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer. Jerry was named the Chief Executive Officer in 2018 and directs all aspects of the Company’s operating and investment platforms. He has assisted his clients with the successful development, acquisition, and disposition of over $500MM in student housing assets. With over 18 years of experience in student housing, Jerry has held various progressive roles with industry leaders including EdR, ACC, and Campus Apartments. He began his career as a leasing agent while attending the University of Illinois. He is a member of the National Apartment Association and a frequent speaker at industry events. Jerry earned an MBA from East Carolina University and he is a licensed real estate broker.

Nicholas Tzavis is the Director of Operations of NDG Student Living and assisted in starting the company in 2015. Nick supervises the daily operations of our student housing projects, provides property staff with training and support, develops company materials and coordinates monthly reporting. Prior to joining NDGSL, Nick was a Community Assistant and Assistant General Manager with Campus Apartments and a General Manager of two properties with Grand Campus Living. He graduated from Binghamton University with a B.A. in Economics and is a licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson.

Colton Price joined NDG Student Living in 2017 to spearhead the development and lease-up of a 320- bed student housing community at SUNY Oswego. In 2018, Colton was promoted to Director of Business Development. In this role, Colton is responsible for the company’s growth including the innovation of the company’s platform and culture. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from SUNY Oswego.

Holly Cordisco, CPA is the Property Accountant at NDG Student Living, LLC, organized in October of 2015. She has a conscientious work ethic and has been an important member of the Accounting department. Over the past 3 years, Holly has prepared financial statements for all properties, assisted with budgeting, and served as a liaison between the property staff and the NY Corporate Office. Holly brings to the NDG Student Living over 25 years of experience in various public and corporate environments. She earned her BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University and lives in Binghamton, NY with her husband and daughter.

Jeremy Bowker is the Accounts Payable Coordinator for NDG Student Living. His primary function is to verify and process payments for property invoices and memo credits. Jeremy has a background in student housing building management, bookkeeping, and event planning. He is always striving to find ways to ‘work smarter, not harder’ by becoming more efficient in workplace processes.

DeAnna Balles has been a member of NDG Student Living’s Accounts Payable department since July 2018. Before that she worked as a Secretary and Personal Assistant for Barry Newman, CEO of Newman Development Group from 2011-2018. DeAnna has played an instrumental role during our recent period of company growth. DeAnna graduated from Binghamton High School. She is an animal advocate and volunteers at the Humane Society. DeAnna is the fiancé of a Nassau County police officer and mother of one son.

Kyle Conniff is Area Manager for NDG Student Living, LLC located in Syracuse, NY. Kyle is a graduate of the University of Buffalo, where he received a BS in Business Administration. During school Kyle started his career in Buffalo where he began as a Community Assistant at the University Village at Sweethome. That eventually led to a Leasing Coordinator position with the nation’s largest developer, owner and manager of student housing apartment communities. After graduation, Kyle was moved to Assistant General Manager at The Villas on Rensch in Buffalo, NY. It was in this position Kyle was able to grow and learn the responsibilities of a General Manager and allowed him to accept the position of General Manager at Twenty91 North. After a successful lease up and sustained performance Kyle joined NDG Student Living and assumed the role of Area Manager. As Area Manager Kyle oversees 3 properties in the NDG Student Living portfolio.

Kenny is the General Manager of Twin River Commons and has been working with NDG Student Living for over a year. During his time as a student at Binghamton University, Kenny lived in luxury at Twin River Commons. During the latter part of his college career, Kenny began working as a Community Assistant at the property he had grown to love during his years as a resident. After graduating he was offered a full-time position with NDG student living, starting his career as a Marketing Coordinator where he would oversee and advise on each properties marketing efforts. When the opportunity presented itself, Kenny jumped at the chance to take a leadership role at Twin River Commons, becoming the General Manager of the property he has been passionate about ever since he lived there as a student. In his free time, Kenny loves to travel, cook and play guitar.

Marisa Speranzi is the General Manager of Hillside Commons and has been working at the facility for over four years. For the past 10 years she has enjoyed focusing her professional career in Higher Education. She is extremely passionate about working with college students and feels her college experience shaped her into who she is today and wants the opportunity to offer that experience to other students. Prior to joining NDG Student Living, Marisa’s experiences served both public and private universities where she’s held various roles in student affairs, residential life and housing, financial aid, and special programs. She also has earned a master’s degree from Stony Brook University in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Cazenovia College. In her free time Marisa really enjoys traveling, cooking, and enjoying her Pitbull rescue Boujee.

Tina Moshier is a General Manager who works at Lakeside Commons for NDG Student Living. She is directly responsible for the Operations and Leasing of the 320-bed student housing community. Tina has past experience in Human Resources, and Estate Law. She graduated from Cayuga Community College with an Associates Degree in Health Care Administration. She then worked for Pontiac Care and Rehabilitation Center in Oswego, NY for 4 years. Tina moved to Corona, California in 2013 and Enrolled into school at California State Fullerton studying Pre-Law. In late 2014, she then began work as a Para legal for Bond, Schoeneck, & King back home, in Syracuse NY.

Rebecca gas gained a strong sense of devotion and dedication through her journey.

Lori was raised in Southern California and helped manage her family’s industrial supply business. She eventually moved to North Carolina where she earned an associate’s degree in accounting. Lori worked as a bookkeeper at Nationwide Marketing before joined a local development firm in Winston-Salem, NC. While working in development, Lori transitioned roles from a bookkeeper to assistant property manager. In 2018, Lori joined NDG Student Living as General Manager at the Villages of Wake Forest. In her new role, Lori enjoys fostering a sense of community among the students of Wake Forest University. In her spare time, Lori is an active member of the  the American Kennel Club and has raised several championship golden retrievers.
